1-on-1 Business Mentoring
Are you interested in starting a business but don’t know what route to take? Imagine how much easier life would be if you had the chance to get coached by an experienced entrepreneur who is eager to teach you the basics of business planning and strategic marketing!

This is a 4-week program that will run in August 2022. All sessions will be held virtually through Zoom on the weekends, so you have the option to select a meeting time for either Saturdays or Sundays. In this program, you will be taught everything you need to know about starting, managing, and growing your business. Every week, you will be coached with informative sessions about business planning and strategic marketing. Each session is 1 hour long. The first 30 minutes are dedicated to teaching you an entire course topic and the last 30 minutes are dedicated to implementing this topic into your business. After purchasing the mentorship program, an email will be sent to you with an official enrollment form as well as a calendar schedule where you will be able to select your weekly availability for your coaching sessions.
WEEK 1: Business Planning
In the first session, you will learn about the operations and tools you need to create a strategic business plan. We will use your business goals to develop your business model. We will cover the fundamentals of business, the importance of branding, various ways to finance your idea, and how to legally protect your business.
WEEK 2: Market Research
In the second, session you will learn about the importance of conducting market research. Not only will you learn how to conduct industry analysis to break down the industry you want to compete in, but you will also learn how to find your target audience, how to spot your competitors, and how to properly price your products/services in the most reasonable way for your brand and for your customers.
WEEK 3: Online Presence
In the third session, you will learn about building brand awareness and creating an online presence. We will go through the process of developing a professional website and setting up the right social media platforms that make sense for your brand. You will learn multiple different strategies to get your brand’s message out to your audience.
WEEK 4: Digital Marketing and Sales Strategies
In the fourth session, you will learn about the importance of social media marketing and the various tools you will need in order for your brand to grow. We will cover Instagram Strategies, Facebook Ads, Email and SMS Marketing, Content Creation, and working with Influencers/Brand Ambassadors. This session is an essential part of getting your product or service into the hands of your customers.
This 4-week program comes to an end after giving you the materials you need to execute your plan and finally launch your business. After the program ends, you will have the opportunity to keep in contact with ERIODO for any additional business/marketing questions you may have during your business journey.
